We have a diaper bandit on the loose. Her name is Adeline. She will stop at nothing to rip off her diaper. Or, her sister's diaper for that matter. When the bandit strikes, it leaves me with this:
When the diaper comes off, things get messy. Which results in many loads of sheets, bumper pads, and a good Lysol of the crib. Whew. I need to stop the diaper bandit.
Seriously y'all, my children are in everything these days! They think it is so much fun to take all the clothes out of the laundry basket.
Or, unroll the toilet paper roll. Maralee thinks it is hilarious. Oh, don't forget that while they are in the bathroom they think the toilet is a mini pool. I swear, talk about being at their eye level! Yesterday, I put on Backyardigans on Netflix (which I can't get the theme song out of my head) and Maralee just goes and turns the Playstation button off even when it is blocked by the end table. Talk about sneaky!!!
So, to keep them out of trouble, we have been going out. The other day we tried out our bike pully (not sure of the exact name) and they seemed to like it.
Even though it has a screen, I still need to get them some helmets. We took a quick loop around the neighborhood at a very slow speed and they seemed to enjoy it.
Of course, queen bee Lu Lu had the best seat on the bike :)
Does anybody have any funny stories to tell about your kids getting into things? It would make me feel better to know that I'm not the only mama out there that is going through this stage!!!!!
Till next time, let your light shine!
