Since we moved to Dothan two years ago, my heart has whispered one word over and over again: community. I've felt God nudging me to bring people together in my community and to be an active participant in the life of the city that has formed me, sent me away, and called me home. If I really believe that God whispered this word into my soul, this yearning for community begins on my knees in prayer.
Tonight we are all going to come together across the world and get on our knees and pray for God to awaken us to what He is doing and beg Him to use us for the good of others and for His glory. Our hope is that we would think outside of the box and gather a diverse group of women across different denominations & church groups and lead them in a time of prayer.
Will you join us and pray that God's glory will be on display through the laying down of lives in the midst of our generation?
We can't wait to see what is next.
Even if you do not feel comfortable with praying out loud, come join us with this in mind: simple & pure. This is a time for us to simply come before the throne of God in a pure form praying as the Spirit leads us.
Please take a few minutes to watch this short clip for the vision of our time together. http://vimeo.com/103436095
