Hey friends, As promised here are some items that I have been working on the past month for spring and summer. Hope you enjoy!

St. Patrick's Day:

I wanted to make the girls an outfit for St. Patrick's Day but decided to go the unconventional route.  Instead of doing the traditional clover, I chose these two fun fabrics by Westminster Fabrics at Simply Unique.  For the top/dress, I cut down the Kayla Jumper Collection from Bonnie Blue Designs. The Kayla Jumper did not have the ruffle so I added that and I replaced the button on the shoulders for these cute tie ribbons.  Since March still has some cool days, I decided to add the pants to this outfit using the same pattern I used for the Valentine's Day pants here.

After cutting out my pattern, I went ahead and monogrammed the girls' initials on the chest.  These are great little outfits to carry us into summer!

My friend KC wanted me to monogram this G on her daughter's little top.  Perfect finish!

So, this picture was taken after dinner and a long day of Easter fun so I apologize for the stains on Adeline's onesie (what can I say, the girl loves to eat!).  I loved these adorable bunny rabbits and I used pink and white gingham fabric.

This is a close-up of the bubble I made for the girls.  This was my first smocked outfit to make and I really enjoyed the process!  This is a geometric pattern so it was super easy once I got the hang of it.  The great thing about smocking is you can do it while watching T.V. and it isn't as frustrating as working with my machine, the lovely Lady Lock.  I will try to get a full picture up soon of the girls in the bubble...it is super cute!!!

Spring Onesies

My friend Stephanie wanted some fun spring onesies for her daughter Mary Harris.  She bought a five pack of onesies at Target and asked me if I could doctor them up a little.  The first and last picture of the onesies actually had other words monogrammed on them originally.  To cover up those words, I found some appliques that would do the trick.  Great way to turn one outfit into something completely original and new!

Summer Fun

I Heart this outfit!  I found these swimming trunks for John Turner (from Bailey Boys)  and decided to make a matching onesie to go with it.  I think this outfit shouts sweet little boy and just love it.  His momma loved it too!!!!

Don't be crabby, be happy!  This is another outfit that KC wanted me to spice up for summertime.  I wish I had gotten a picture of the back of this outfit because it has these cute ribbon snaps in the same fabric as the crab on the front.  Even though you can't see the back, the front is awfully cute for a little blondie to wear this summer!!!!!

Hope y'all enjoyed these outfits!  Soon, I will show you what I have been working on for the girls' first birthday!!!!!!!!!!!

Till next time, let your light shine!

Blessings, christen
