Maralee, Me, Adeline, & Raleigh

[dropcap]T[/dropcap]hree Christmases ago, we announced to our families that we were pregnant.  I still remember how my parents literally jumped for joy after finding out they would be grandparents.  Raleigh and I were beyond thrilled to be expecting a child; we had no idea that God was actually forming two little babies inside my womb.  While I was pregnant, not only was my body changing, but so was my walk with the Lord.  Nothing could have prepared us for the girls being born three months early, but because I had faith in my BIG GOD, I knew that their premature delivery would be redeemed.

Today, I'm sharing our NICU story over at Redeeming Childbirth.  This is a place where women share how they experienced God's presence through pregnancy, labor, and birth.  I'll be guest posting at Redeeming Childbirth on a regular basis about raising twins and preemies.

The book, Redeeming Childbirth, written by Angie Tolpin, is going to hit the shelves late December.  For more information, visit

Won't you join me in this lovely space today?

Till next time, let your light shine!

Blessings, christen
